We wanted to extend a big thank you to everyone who joined us at the winery in 2024. Whether you enjoyed a relaxing afternoon, a few Friday nights, or made lasting memories for a special day, it is always such an honor to take part in so many noteworthy moments.

2024 was a memorable year for us here at the farm, too. We released new wines, celebrated Beliveau anniversaries and birthdays with our Wine Club, and gave back to our community all year long. Lovely evenings were spent at the newly opened Sugar Shack watching the house on the hill grow from a concrete slab into a fully functioning home. Our new wines are some of our favorites yet, and we brought home quite a few gold and silver medals this year to prove it! This year, we took medals in FOUR different competitions: The Virginia Governor’s Cup, The Atlantic Seaboard Competition, The International Finger Lakes Competition, and the very first Virginia Wine Invitational. It was such a pleasure to not only medal in every contest, but to also make history in something brand new in 2024.

Some old favorites also returned this past year, with new iterations of some of our favorites here at the winery. The dance floor was filled with cowboy boots again at our annual Blue Jean Ball in January. Our Wine Club pickups came three times a year, as usual, and we had the pleasure of celebrating both Yvan & Joyce’s 55th wedding anniversary AND Joyce’s 75th birthday during pickup times. The Lavender Festival spread out over two electric weekends during June and July. We turned our Grape Stomping Festival into something new and exciting by creating a Triple Threat event with stomping, picking, and shopping!

The public events were not the only thing keeping the winery alive throughout the year. We had the wonderful privilege of taking part in so many special days during private events on the property. From paint nights, to corporate celebrations, to wedding days, there was no shortage of memories being made.

All in all, 2024 was an amazing year, and we are so thankful for everyone who has been a part of our Beliveau family.
