“Finally…gluten free beer with flavor!” Those were the first words owner Yvan Beliveau said when sampling our first custom made gluten free beer. As someone with a gluten sensitivity Yvan is so excited to be able to drink delicious beer again.

We are passionate about brewing gluten free beer harnessing the power of ancient grains. Our beers are made from malted rice, millet, oatmeal, and buckwheat in a variety of styles that are both classic and unique, while also being diverse. We produce solely gluten-free beer so that our brewing equipment is never compromised by contact with gluten.

Recent brews available have included: “Cat’s Meow” IPA, “The Caroline” Blonde, “Tall, Dark, and Handsome” Brown Ale, and “Tree Tapper” Maple Ale. Beer is sold by the glass, or flights as available. Come check out our seasonal rotating taps as you relax and savor our scenic property.

Our brewery makes impeccable gluten free beer full of flavor and character. Our goal is not to simply brew a ‘good enough’ beer for those who can’t have the barley malt variety but to brew real beer with a different kind of grain bill, something for all beer drinkers.
