The Whimsical room offers a queen bed, fireplace, and colorful decor. Please note that this room will be getting a furniture change-out including a platform bed versus the current pillar bed frame. We will post the new decor in January, 2025 once the renovations are complete.
This room is designed to bring out the playful romance in you! Guests love the air jet tub, tiled shower, ceramic heated bath floor tiles, and in room mini fridge/freezer. This room is light and bright with French doors that open to a private outdoor deck.

The Manor House at Beliveau Farm is a smoke free and pet free inn.
Reservations are secured with the payment of the first night in full.
B&B guests must be age 21 or older.
All cancellations incur a $25.00 cancel fee. There is a 10 day cancellation policy to receive a refund of the balance of your reservation. For special events such as Virginia Tech Graduation, VT football games and full house reservations a 30 day cancel policy applies.
