POLICIES

  • The Manor House at Beliveau Farm is a smoke free and pet free inn.

  • Reservations are secured with the payment of the first night in full.

  • B&B guests must be over the age of 21 to book and over the age of 12 to stay.

  • All cancellations incur a $25.00 cancel fee. There is a 10 day cancellation policy to receive a refund of the balance of your reservation. For special events such as Virginia Tech Graduation, VT football games and full house reservations a 30 day cancel policy applies.
