Salsa Under The Stars

We had a phenomenal time hosting another Salsa Dance Night with our friends at SalsaNoke! The evening began with a dance lesson around 6pm, which was a quick refresher for some and a step-by-step tutorial for the newcomers. The class set the stage for the remainder of the night, which was spent stepping, swapping, and salsa-ing! The large arched doors leading into the Great Hall opened up to let in a perfect breeze and reveal the beautiful scenery surrounding the winery. After the sun went down, the magical fairy lights began to glow and created an unforgettable evening ambiance. SalsaNoke’s resident instructor and DJ kept all of our favorite songs to dance to playing until the very end, when everyone gathered on the dance floor to sing along. There are few things that compare to the sense of unity brought by good music, good food & drinks, and good people!

We had a specialized food menu for this event. Guests enjoyed both chicken and cheese quesadillas, and nachos with all of the fixings. Chips and salsa were also available to order as a light appetizer for the table or as an addition to their meal. There was plenty of seating set up both indoors and outdoors to take a break from dancing and refuel with some delicious food. Beliveau wine was available by the glass and by the bottle all the way up until last call around 10pm. Our gluten-free beer options were also very popular throughout the night. The water container was emptied multiple times as the evening went on, providing some much needed hydration for everyone giving their all on the dance floor.

Salsa Nights are always some of our most high-energy events that we host here at the winery. If you missed out on this one, be sure to stay posted on our website and social media so you can get tickets next time. Trust us - you do not want to miss this!

Cheers!
